The Mastermind requires a minimum 2-month commitment to allow for meaningful transformation and group cohesion.
The Mastermind is limited to 20 participants to ensure personalized attention and meaningful group dynamics.
You'll have access through the end of your paid month. If you leave after the 2-month minimum, you'll need to wait 12 months before rejoining to support the integrity and rhythm of the group.
Minimum 1 hour, preferably 3-4 hours per week: 1 hour for weekly coaching sessions, 1.5 hours for fortnightly workshops (1 hour session plus reflection time), plus time to work through materials and engage in reflective and supportive practice.
Session times are shared upon application and we do our best to accommodate varied time zones to ensure they work for your schedule before you commit.
All sessions are recorded for members, so you can catch up on anything you miss. However, the live coaching sessions are most transformative, so we encourage prioritizing attendance at those. Missing workshops/trainings is less impactful as the content can be easily reviewed.
